I'm Going to Oklahoma City!

Thats right! I'm leaving Wednesday night for Oklahoma City to go and see the NRHA Futurity Finals! I'm so excited! I'm especially looking forward to seeing the freestyle! And meeting Stacy Westfall again! And doing all of my Christmas shopping for my horsey friends. It is going to be amazing! Did I mention I'm excited?

Winnie is doing much better, her leg is normal size again and she isn't lame at all. She even decided that she felt good enough to not want to be caught. Which was a problem when she is loose on a 25 acre pasture. I got the chance to utilize my roping skills, and Marquita's rope horse skills, to bring her in. I can't blame her, she was being poked with two needles every time she was caught for the past 10 days to give her the penicillin.
